Working on the Cougar,

well, after calling and talking to Hobby King, they said the servos I bought will be just fine. As long as i’m not trying to fall from the sky under full power and do a full pull up to get out of it then i’m fine 🙂 SO I started off with testing each servo, binding my radio to my R7 receiver, and making a plate for the receiver to sit on & mounted a servo for the front steering wheel.

Servo’s I ordered, and going to use,

Turnigy MG90S Metal Gear Servo 1.8kg / 13.4g / 0.10sec

This morning I was board, so I taped the wing and put the landing gear on ( dry fit )

radio mounting plate, ( need to epoxy it in. )

with receiver,

receiver bound & testing servos.

Did some research, and…

Starting on the win & servo block gluing. Just wondering before I make the step, should u use wood glue or epoxy ? ( manual says epoxy ) but thought I would ask if there are other suggestions. I will also use wood clamps to hold in place too while it cure’s.
